What is your return policy?
We offer full refunds for unused and unopened products, within the 14 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for the price of return shipping. Please contact us at sleepymommy@sleepymommy.com to request a return.
Elf Kits
What is the Christmas Elf tradition?
The Christmas Elf is sent by Santa each year to keep an eye on children and let Santa know if your child has been naughty or nice! The Elf flies back to the North Pole each night of December and returns every morning. The Elf often stirs up mischief at night and can be found in a new location of your home each morning.
Children cannot touch the elf, or it loses its magic. We do sell “Magic Elf Moving Gloves” that your child can wear to touch or move the elf. The “Magic Elf Moving Gloves” are included in our Magic Packs, which can be added at the time of your Elf Kit purchase. The elf also only moves while children are sleeping.
What comes with the Elf Kit?
A note from the elf should be changed to “notes from the elf” in both places. Please also add after the last sentence that the letters are not personalized, but we leave space for parents to add the elf’s name as well as the name(s) of their children.
Does the kit include an elf?
The elf is not included with the kit, but you can purchase an elf on our website by clicking here.
Will the kit work with any size elf?
Yes, our kits are designed to be compatible with any size elf.
Is there a different kit offered each year?
We do offer a new seasonal elf kit each year. We also sell kits curated from previous years, as inventory allows.
Are the letters personalized?
The elf letters are not personalized, but the letters do have enough space for you to write in your child’s name and your elf’s name.
Will your kit work for me if this is my first season with the elf?
Yes, our kits are designed to work for families with returning elves, and also families new to the elf tradition.
How many kits should I order if I have more than one child and/or elf?
We offer kits for up to 3 children and multiple elves on our website. If you need a kit for more than 3 children, please contact us to place a custom order. You can reach us at sleepymommy@sleepymommy.com
When is the last day to order the kit with guaranteed arrival before Thanksgiving?
The last day to order the kit for guaranteed arrival prior to Thanksgiving is Monday, November 10, 2025.
When will my kit arrive?
Kits will arrive prior to Thanksgiving so that the Elf magic can start promptly following Thanksgiving!
